ROSA ROMERO: An estate plan is a method by which a person leaves their final wishes. It's used for distribution of assets. It's also used for providing for your family after death.

Everyone should have an estate plan, from the young single individual to the young families with small children to middle age couples to the elderly who are concerned how their final distribution of wealth will be carried out. It's very important that everyone have an estate plan.

Most individuals have a hard time dealing with estate planning. But once they make that conscious effort to estate plan, once the process is through, the relief and, and peace of mind is there and that's a very satisfying moment for me.

Estate planning is an area that requires a lot of attention to detail. It's the only area we practice in and our clients benefit from that experience. Here at Barreto and Romero, we're large enough to serve you, but we're small enough to know you.
