Our Attorneys and Staff
The founder of our practice, Luis E. Barreto, earned his law degree at the University of Miami Law School after a career working for a Fortune 500 company and serving in the United States Coast Guard. Since 1992, he has concentrated on providing legal services to individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and related areas.
Rosa T. Romero earned her law degree at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale after having a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. Prior to earning her law degree, she worked for the Public Guardian of Dade County.
They bring deep concern for clients' needs to the firm in the areas of estate planning, estate litigation, and elder law, and a strong desire to help them achieve their goals in these areas.
